*Call for Papers* Conference website: https://conference.cs.cityu.edu.hk/icicip/ The 15th International Conference on Intelligent Control and Information Processing (ICICIP 2027) will be held in Vientiane and Luang Prabang (the present and former capitals of Laos), from February 8-14, 2027. The conference will take place at rich historical and cultural sites, including two on UNESCO's World Heritage List and Tentative List. Building on the successes of previous events, ICICIP 2027 aims to provide a high-level international forum for scientists, engineers, and educators to present state-of-the-art research and applications across related fields. The conference will feature pre-conference, tutorials, plenary speeches given by world-renowned scholars, regular sessions with broad coverage, special sessions focusing on popular topics, and post-conference tutorials/workshops in conjunction with the main event. Authors are invited to contribute high-quality papers to ICICIP 2027. In addition, proposals for special sessions within the conference's technical scope are solicited. Special sessions, organized by internationally recognized experts, aim to bring together researchers on focused topics. Papers submitted for special sessions are to be peer-reviewed using the same criteria as for contributed papers. Researchers interested in organizing special sessions are invited to submit brief proposals to the ICICIP 2027 special sessions chairs. A special session proposal should include the session title, a brief description of the scope and motivation, names, contact information, and brief biographical information on the organizers. Authors are invited to submit full-length papers (the nominal number of pages is 10) by the submission deadline through the online submission system. Special session organizers are also invited to enlist six or more papers with cohesive topics to form special sessions. The submission of a paper implies that the paper is original and has not been submitted under review or is not copyright-protected elsewhere, and will be presented by an author if accepted. All submitted papers will be refereed by experts in the field based on the criteria of originality, significance, quality, and clarity. Dear RoboCup community, The submission deadline for NEmo 2026: Neuro-Symbolic Embodied Intelligence, a workshop at NeurIPS 2026 (December 12, 2026, Sydney, Australia), has been extended to September 14, 2026, Anywhere on Earth. It serves as an incubator for innovative, risky, and provocative research directions, and aims to provide a forum for publishing and presenting these without being constrained by the result-oriented standards followed in the review process of the main track of the conference. Research visions and ideas can cross disciplines, envisioning new directions relevant for Agents and advancing Multi-Agent Systems research through interdisciplinary viewpoints. We encourage papers to reflect on the future of the research area and its community within the broader AI and computing landscape. Dear all, I would like to announce a new Topical Collection, "Semantic Planning and Execution of Robotic Agents in Collaborative Environments", open for submissions in *Autonomous Robots (Springer Nature)*. The Collection focuses on *semantic reasoning, planning, and robot control in open-ended and dynamic environments*, with particular attention to scenarios involving human-robot interaction and collaboration; thus, I think it can be of interest to the RoboCup community (but perhaps particularly the RoboCup@Home community). *Scope* Recent advances in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Vision-Language Models (VLMs) are creating new opportunities for planning and controlling robots through natural-language interaction. These developments may enable robots to operate alongside people by understanding their intentions, sharing their space, and coordinating their actions with them. At the same time, the integration of large pretrained models into robotic systems introduces important challenges related to predictability, reliability, resilience, safety, and trustworthiness. This Topical Collection invites contributions exploring the reasoning and planning capabilities required for robots to operate and collaborate with humans in real-world environments. A new feature for 2027: *Findings of AAMAS* An important novelty this year is the introduction of the Findings of AAMAS 2027, following a model successfully adopted by the ACL community. Our motivation is simple. The agents and multiagent systems community produces a large number and a remarkable variety of valuable research contributions. A single, highly selective proceedings volume cannot always accommodate all the work that is technically sound, scientifically useful, and capable of stimulating further research. We would like more of this work to become visible, citable, and available for discussion within the community. We hope that the Findings will help valuable contributions reach AAMAS participants, generate feedback, inspire new ideas, and encourage follow-up research and collaborations. In practical terms, AAMAS 2027 will have two archival publication volumes: - the Proceedings of AAMAS 2027, containing papers selected for the main conference proceedings; - the Findings of AAMAS 2027, providing an additional publication venue for papers not selected for the Proceedings but nevertheless judged worthy of publication. Authors will not need to submit separately to the Findings. Papers not selected for the Proceedings will automatically be considered for the Findings, unless the authors opt out during submission.
