OVERVIEW: Humanoids 2026 aims at bringing together top researchers from humanoid robotics and related disciplines with leading companies in the field. In light of a year of rapidly evolving humanoid technologies with several new platforms coming onto the market and bringing us closer to a wider real-world deployment. Dear RoboCup Humanoid Committee, We are Invic from Wuhan University, participating in HSL Small Division and Middle division. We are using T1 and K1 robots from Booster. However, due to airline regulations, the robot batteries are not allowed to be carried on board or checked in as luggage. Therefore, we would like to request permission to ship the batteries separately. If possible, could the organizing committee kindly arrange someone to receive the batteries on our behalf? TL;DR; - RoboCup HSL at IFA in Berlin, Germany - September 4–8, 2026 - Your team is invited! ==> **Save the date!** - More info and details coming soon after RoboCup Hey everyone, We are organizing a RoboCup event at this year's IFA Berlin and warmly invite all HSL teams to join us. IFA is the "The world's largest home & consumer tech event" and will take place from September 4–8, 2026 at the Berlin exhibition grounds. At our booth, we are planning a playing field roughly the size of an S-Field, with artificial turf, goals, and a team area for about 6–8 teams. We are also planning a mini tournament with an awesome prize :) This is a great opportunity to kick off the new RoboCup season, and you are very welcome to be part of it! So, mark the date in your calendar! More information will come after the RoboCup. Here are already a few key points: - All participating teams get free entry to IFA - Work on your robots and take part in the tournament - Run tests on the field - Connect with other HSL teams - Play test matches and do demos for visitors - Explore the trade fair and talk to potential sponsors - Boost your team's media presence For context: IFA is one of the biggest trade fairs for consumer electronics. In 2025, IFA had around 220,000 visitors and more than 1,900 exhibitors from 49 countries. Hello, I'm the captain of Team Water, which will participate in the RoboCup Humanoid Soccer League in South. Korea I'd like to inquire that since the passports and visas of our participating players haven't been processed yet, we can't fill in the passport numbers and passport expiration dates during the registration on the official website. The previous email informed me that the new registration deadline for our "Water" team is June 9th. Could you extend the deadline further? Or can we fill in the passport numbers and expiration dates temporarily first, and then you can send it back for us to re - fill in the correct numbers and expiration dates after we get the passports.

Inquiry About Protective Head Cover for Humanoid Robot

Dear RoboCup Humanoid League Organizing Committee, I would like to inquire whether it is permitted to add a protective cover or soft protective frame around the robot’s head for safety purposes. The purpose of this structure is only to protect the cameras and sensors from damage in case the robot falls during testing or matches. The protection would be lightweight and designed not to create safety risks or interfere with gameplay.
