An extension on RRS & RRS-ADF for DCOP algorithms

Dear Rescuers, We will announce the extension program for DCOP algorithms to you again because it is appeared in our open source code of the official website as follows: - The open source code of the RRS official web https://rescuesim.robocup.org/resources/open-source-code/ - DCOP in RCRS (RRS) https://github.com/uiiaoo/dcop.rrs-adf - The document for DCOP extension https://github.com/uiiaoo/dcop.rrs-adf/wiki/Introduction - TDP for the extension https://cdn.robocup.org/rsim/public/competitions/2019-RSL/info/infra/rsl19-… It has been prized as the infrastructure award in RoboCup2019.
