Call for AAAI Fast Track
The 26th International Conference on Autonomous Agents and Multiagent Systems
________________________________
AAMAS 2027 invites submissions to its AAAI Track. This track considers papers that were submitted to the AAAI-27 Main Technical Track, were not accepted, and are relevant to the AAMAS research community.
To be eligible, a submission must not have received a reject recommendation from any AAAI reviewer; all review scores must be weak reject or above. Authors are expected to revise their manuscripts to address the AAAI reviewers’ comments and to reformat the paper according to the AAMAS submission requirements.
All submitted materials will be checked for accuracy against the corresponding AAAI submission and reviewed by members of the AAMAS Program Committee. We expect to accept only a fraction of the submitted papers. Decisions will be accompanied by a short meta-review explaining the basis for acceptance or rejection.

AAMAS 2027 AAAI Fast Track: Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q: Are papers rejected during AAAI Phase 1 eligible for the AAMAS Fast Track? A: Yes. Papers rejected during Phase 1 are fully eligible, provided they meet the numerical scoring requirements specified above.
Q: What are the exact reviewer score requirements for eligibility? A: All numerical ratings assigned by human reviewers must be 5 (“Marginally below acceptance threshold”) or higher. If any human reviewer assigned a rating below 5, the paper is not eligible for this track.
Q: My paper received an overall AAAI decision of “Reject.” Does this disqualify my paper? A: No. The overall AAAI decision and meta-review do not determine eligibility for this track. Eligibility is based solely on the numerical ratings assigned by the individual human reviewers. As long as all such ratings are 5 or higher, the paper remains eligible.
Q: My AAAI evaluation included an AI-generated supplementary review or discussion summary. How does this affect my eligibility? A: It does not affect your eligibility. AAAI’s AI-generated supplementary reviews do not contain ratings or recommendations. For purposes of fast-track eligibility, only the numerical ratings assigned by human reviewers are considered.
