MSL Rulebook 2023

Dear MSL teams, The MSL rulebook has been updated for RoboCup 2023 in Bordeaux, France. The new rulebook can be found here: https://msl.robocup.org/wp-content/uploads/2022/12/Rulebook_MSL2023_v24.0.p…. There is also an overview of the most important changes, this document is available here: https://msl.robocup.org/wp-content/uploads/2022/12/RuleChangesSummary_MSL20… Both documents will soon also be available on the MSL website. The Technical Committee is looking into the possibility of having a challenge for new teams with a reduced set of rules. If this challenge will take place at RoboCup 2023, it will be added to the rulebook in January of 2023.
