Dear MSL teams, On behalf of the Technical Committee I would like to ask you for suggestions for new/improved rules for 2023. For these suggestions we are at least looking for: * A description of your proposed change/addition. * In case of a change, which rule number should be changed. * A short motivation why this is an improvement to the league. We would like to ask you to submit the proposals by October 31st, such that the TC has time discuss the proposals and update the rulebook. Please send your proposals to rc-msl-tc(a)lists.robocup.org. 11th International RoboCup MSL Workshop, Open Invitation

Dear MSL Community, VDL Robot Sports and Tech United Eindhoven will host the 11th International RoboCup Middle Size League Workshop. This year the workshop will take place in Eindhoven, on December 16th and 17th. The theme of the workshop is “MSL: The Next Decade” and will focus on the future direction and continuous development of the league, but also to share knowledge among existing and starting teams. The schedule of the workshop will be presented in the upcoming weeks. All MSL teams are invited, Registration is done by sending an email to techunited(a)tue.nl. This year, RCAP 2022 will be organized in a distributed online-onsite hybrid format.   RoboCup Major Leagues: Online RoboCupJunior Leagues: Online CoSpace Leagues: Onsite and Online REGISTRATION:   https://2022.robocupap.org/registation/   REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Deadline  for team registration has been extended to 30 October 2022. REGISTRATION FEES: The registration fee for teams to participate in virtual competitions: o Major Team Registration Fee: Waived o Major Staff/Students: USD60/person o Junior Team Registration Fee: Waived o Junior Students/Mentors: USD40/person   TRAVEL ADVISORY FOR ONSITE PARTICIPANTS RCAP 2022 CoSpace Leagues (Finals) will be held at Singapore Sands Expo & Convention in conjunction with EDUtech Asia 2022, 9-10 November 2022. Participants who travel to Singapore to take part in RCAP 2022 CoSpace Leagues Finals (onsite) will need to abide by all COVID-19 measures and precautions implemented by local authorities.
