the Federation is already aware of this request and we did kindly ask Maxtronics to reach out to you as LOC directly. To give you a little bit of background: Maxtronics is not a league sponsor. There are special arrangements for league sponsors that are made with the Federation directly. As Maxtronics does not have a standing contract with the RoboCup Federation, negotiations about terms and conditions for their 2026 presence at RoboCup are for you to be made directly. I am CCing the contact Trustees again on this e-mail. I am sure they will be able to jump in and help out in case you need support negotiating terms and conditions.

- For the NAO Clinic, We would like to have it open in the open space near the NAO teams, without confidential walls A space of 18-20 square meters with 6 tables, 6 chairs and a storage shelf. With Ethernet and electric plug
- NAO Clinic will provid technical support as repair for NAO with spare parts
- Sponsorship we may be interested in: Agreement to allow Maxtronics kakemono and branded walls inside the clinic space Logo placement on the arena walls on Humanoid League field Maxtronics Logo placement/mention on the Robocup website Mention on social media and press releases
Do you know on which day the NAO teams will arrive at RoboCup, so we can determine when to open the NAO Clinic? Could you also confirm the date of the NAO league finals, so that we can plan the closing of the NAO Clinic?

1. NAO Clinic Setup
As our local budget for the event is already strictly allocated, we unfortunately do not have the funds to cover the logistical setup costs for the clinic (such as furniture, internet, and power).
However, if Maxtronics is able to self-fund these operational expenses, we would be happy to explore the possibility of accommodating the requested 18-20 sqm area, subject to space availability.
2. Promotional Activities
Regarding your requests for promotional visibility (e.g., brand banners, logo placements on the field and website), please kindly note that these benefits are exclusively reserved for official, paying sponsors of the event.
If Maxtronics is interested in securing these promotional rights, we would be happy to share our available sponsorship packages for your review.
We completely understand your urgency regarding flight bookings and shipping deadlines.

the Federation is already aware of this request and we did kindly ask Maxtronics to reach out to you as LOC directly. To give you a little bit of background: Maxtronics is not a league sponsor. There are special arrangements for league sponsors that are made with the Federation directly. As Maxtronics does not have a standing contract with the RoboCup Federation, negotiations about terms and conditions for their 2026 presence at RoboCup are for you to be made directly. the Federation is already aware of this request and we did kindly ask Maxtronics to reach out to you as LOC directly. To give you a little bit of background: Maxtronics is not a league sponsor. There are special arrangements for league sponsors that are made with the Federation directly. As Maxtronics does not have a standing contract with the RoboCup Federation, negotiations about terms and conditions for their 2026 presence at RoboCup are for you to be made directly. I am CCing the contact Trustees again on this e-mail. I am sure they will be able to jump in and help out in case you need support negotiating terms and conditions.
