However, if Maxtronics is able to self-fund these operational expenses, we would be happy to explore the possibility of accommodating the requested 18-20 sqm area, subject to space availability. 2. Promotional Activities Regarding your requests for promotional visibility (e.g., brand banners, logo placements on the field and website), please kindly note that these benefits are exclusively reserved for official, paying sponsors of the event. If Maxtronics is interested in securing these promotional rights, we would be happy to share our available sponsorship packages for your review.
We completely understand your urgency regarding flight bookings and shipping deadlines. Please let us know if proceeding with a self-funded clinic is a viable option for your team, and if you would like to explore our sponsorship packages.
