the Federation is already aware of this request and we did kindly ask Maxtronics to reach out to you as LOC directly. To give you a little bit of background: Maxtronics is not a league sponsor. There are special arrangements for league sponsors that are made with the Federation directly. As Maxtronics does not have a standing contract with the RoboCup Federation, negotiations about terms and conditions for their 2026 presence at RoboCup are for you to be made directly. I am CCing the contact Trustees again on this e-mail. I am sure they will be able to jump in and help out in case you need support negotiating terms and conditions.
