*Call for Applications for the Italian National PhD Program in Artificial Intelligence @ Sapienza Consortium with competences in Security and Cybersecurity - 31 positions - deadline July 23, 2021*

The Italian National PhD Program in Artificial Intelligence is made of 5 federated PhD programs that bring together 61 universities and research institutions and start next academic year with a dedicated support of the Italian government to grow a young generation of AI Experts. The 5 PhD courses share a common basis in the foundations and developments of AI, and each one has an additional area of competence in a strategic sector of AI application (details at https://www.phd-ai.it/). The section of the PhD centered at Sapienza, Rome, Italy, shares the common focus on basic research in AI while adding to it competences in Security and Cybersecurity. It offers 31 PhD positions located in 12 Italian top research institutions (https://phd.uniroma1.it/phd-ai/).

Applications are welcome from students who are interested in AI foundational topics, as well as students who are interested in the application of AI in Security and Cybersecurity. The deadline for applications is July 23, 2021.
