the Faculty 3 (Mathematics/Computer Sciences) of the University of Bremen is looking for a personality who represents the field of “Software Engineering for Cognitive Robots and Cognitive Systems“ in research and teaching of computer science, and who is scientifically outstanding in one or more of the following areas:
• software development for adaptive and learning cognitive systems • model-driven software development for cognitive systems • service-oriented architectures of cognitive systems • agile software development and continuous delivery of cognitive systems • object-oriented design of cognitive systems • realization and exploration of cognitive architectures • integration of hybrid (symbolic/subsymbolic) learning methods • artificial memory systems, • explainability, robustness, transparency and validability of intelligent systems • scalable software development over the entire life-cycle of a system • software development of cognitive robots and system in real and simulated worlds and applications.
