Mark your calendars for RoboCup Asia-Pacific 2025 (RCAP 2025). The RCAP 2025 will be held in ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi https://www.adnec.ae/en/discover-adnec/about-adnec, UAE from 10 - 15 November 2025.
1. Important Dates https://2025.robocupap.org/important-dates/
- 1 July – 18 August 2025: Pre-Registration - 25 August 2025: Announcement of qualified teams - 14 September 2025: Final submission and payment deadline - 15 September – 11 November 2025: Late registration and payment. During this period, no team registration is allowed. - 29 September 2025: Team presentation videos (For RCAP Influencer Award) submission deadline. - 10 October 2025: Team presentation videos to be uploaded to RCAP Academy Official YouTube channel. - 10 – 13 November 2025: Team Setup and competition. - 14 November 2025: Finals and Award Ceremony - 15 November 2025: Symposium
