= Important dates = Team registration deadline: 27 March, 2026 Member registration deadline: 3 April, 2026 * Please note that no refunds will be provided for cancellations made after 3 April 2026.
= Registration Fees = - Faculty, Advisors, Mentors, or General Participants: 30,000 JPY - Students (18 years old and older) : 20,000 JPY - Students (under 18 years old) : 15,000 JPY * Important Note: All attendees, including faculty, advisors and mentors, must complete the registration and pay the fee to enter the team arena/competition areas. Those who have not registered will not be permitted access to these areas.
