In accordance with the terms and conditions of the HULKs license, the Dutch Nao Team announces the use of HULKs code for the RoboCup 2023.

We use the HULKs framework, including walking, whistle detection, ball detection, localisation and behaviours. We modified and use our own implementation of: - Robot-to-robot communication - GameController communication - Behaviours
