We are currently preparing our team registration for the upcoming RoboCup competition. However, we have encountered a practical issue: several of our team members’ passports have recently expired and are currently under expedited renewal.
Given the time constraints, we would like to ask whether it is possible to proceed with the registration using only the members whose passports are currently valid, and then update or add the remaining members once their new passports are issued.
We would greatly appreciate your guidance on whether this arrangement is acceptable, and if there are any specific procedures we should follow to ensure compliance with registration requirements.
