[RoboCup-humanoid] Request for Assistance with Battery Delivery

Dear RoboCup Humanoid Committee,

We are Invic from Wuhan University, participating in HSL Small Division and Middle division. We are using T1 and K1 robots from Booster. However, due to airline regulations, the robot batteries are not allowed to be carried on board or checked in as luggage.

Therefore, we would like to request permission to ship the batteries separately. If possible, could the organizing committee kindly arrange someone to receive the batteries on our behalf? If so, we would appreciate it if you could provide the recipient’s information and delivery details.
