Hello, we are an university club and we have the intent to participate in this 2025 edition of robocup league @ home , we read the document with the steps and deadlines and it seems we need an already built robot? we thought we had to BUILD a robot and then program it.If you could explain to us in detail what is expected we would be grateful
Hello Johnny. In this edition we will have two competition sub-leagues, the OPL (Open Platform League) and the DSPL (Domestic Standard Platform League). In OPL, the team is free to build their own robot or use a commercial robot (with or without modifications). In DSPL, the team must use a standard robot, the Toyota HSR (Human Support Robot) https://robotsguide.com/robots/hsr. Feel free to sign up for any league.
Best regards, on behalf of the robocup@home 2025 Organizational Committee.
