Dear Hector,
I'm afraid no, the deadline is sharp and registration is already open. We are 3 weeks behind schedule.
Many SPL teams haven't even received their robots from Toyota / SoftBank Robotics and yet they manage to submit their material in time. This also cuts the possibility of making any exception.
