HRFEST 2026 is technically co-sponsored by IEEE. Accepted and presented papers will be submitted for inclusion into the IEEE Xplore digital library, subject to meeting IEEE Xplore's scope and quality requirements.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES ---------------------------------------------------------------------- * Review Process: HRFEST 2026 enforces a strict Double-Blind Peer Review. * Submission Portal: All manuscripts must be submitted electronically via EasyChair at: https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=hrfest2026 * Format & Length: All manuscripts must follow the standard double-column IEEE Conference template and should not exceed six (6) pages in PDF format. * Originality: Submissions must be original work not currently under review by any other conference or journal. * Camera-Ready Submissions: Final versions of accepted papers must be validated using IEEE PDF eXpress (Conference ID: 71784X). The PDF eXpress validation site will open on September 15, 2026.
