Regarding the English content uploads, we were unfortunately unable to proceed as scheduled due to the public holiday this week caused by the national election. To make up for the delay, we plan to upload 3, 3, and 2 pieces of content over the next three weeks, respectively, bringing the total to 8 posts as originally planned. We will proceed by inviting your account as a collaborator.

Here is more information regarding the streaming setup required: - Minimum resolution of 1080p (1920 × 1080 pixels) with a frame rate of 30 - please have a look at the Twitch FAQs for further information https://help.twitch.tv/s/article/broadcasting-guidelines?language=en_US - The setup of cameras and microphones depends on the setup you choose. At a minimum, you need to ensure that the cameras can provide HD videos for the full scale of an arena (e.g., in Soccer this would be up to 22m in MSL). Regular face cameras like webcams are not sufficient for that as they are not able to provide sharp pictures at that distance. The camera setup needs to be able to cover the entire arena or mobile enough to follow the robots operating in the arena (i.e., you need more stationary cameras that are not moveable to cover the entire field of play compared to having mobile cameras with camera operators). - You need to have enough equipment to cover all or most of the Major finals on the last day. You may choose to switch cameras between setups, but you need to ensure that we always have a camera image to stream even if there is a reconfiguration of the setup going on - You need to have enough microphones to provide commentary for all games that are streamed. This can include using audio equipment located at the fields anyway and ask teams to comment the games; or it can entail having a studio setup with just two microphones of people that comment all games. - You need to have a dedicated setup to mix the different video and sound sources together. The final output of this needs to be ready to integrat with a standard Twitch stream. We will provide you with the streamkey for access. Any standard broadcasting software should be able to integrate with Twitch. - For the English language commentary, you can either recruit people from the individual leagues to provide comments during the games, or have a dedicated studio-like setup with a fixed group of commentators. As stipulated in the contract, all advertising materials were to be provided by the LOC no later than three (3) months prior to the competition. The material shall be of sufficient quality and content to enable RCF to promote the competition on its official websites, in press releases, and across social media channels. We are aware of the @robocup_2026 Instagram channel established recently by your team. However, the content published there has been in Korean only and therefore cannot serve as the basis for RCF's international promotion efforts. Given the proximity of the event, we ask that the following be provided immediately: # Social Media Content Prior to Competition - Two fully translated social media posts per week, beginning this week and continuing until the start of RoboCup, for a total of eight (8) posts. - Each post should include: - The share graphic(s) with English text; - An English caption suitable for publication. You may either: Publish the posts through your own Instagram account and invite @robocup_official as a collaborator; or provide the source materials to us by email, allowing us to publish them directly. Patricia, who is responsible for our social media posts from the Federation side, is in CC of this e-mail and you are welcome to contact her with the material for posting. The preferred publication method is at your discretion. # Social Media Coverage Plan Please provide, no later than *12 June*, a plan outlining social media coverage during the event, including: - The expected number of posts per day; - The number of posts that will be published in English; - The number of photographers and videographers assigned to event coverage; - The process by which photos and videos will be made available to the Federation Media Team on a daily basis # Broadcast Production Plan In addition, the hosting agreement assigns responsibility for the production of the competition finals broadcast to the LOC. As we have not yet received information regarding these arrangements, we also request that the following be provided by *12 June*: - The broadcast schedule; - A high-level description of the technical setup, including the number and type of cameras and microphones available, and whether equipment will be fixed to specific leagues or used as portable units; - The organizations and personnel responsible for stream production, including any outsourced technical or production services; - The process by which raw footage will be made available to RCF for distribution via our Twitch channel; - The arrangements for providing English-language commentary during the broadcast.
