Dear Maike,
Thank you for your email.
Regarding the promotional content, we will translate our upcoming Korean materials into English so that we could begin uploading them starting this week. We are currently discussing the most efficient uploading methods internally and will keep you updated as soon as they are finalized.
To ensure we align perfectly with your expectations while managing our budget effectively, we would highly appreciate it if RCF could provide the minimum requirements for the broadcast technical specifications. As we are working within a strictly allocated budget for this project, knowing your baseline standards will help us optimize our resources and deliver the most cost-effective solution.
Specifically, please guide us on the following: - Minimum technical specifications and quality standards (resolution, frame rate, audio format, etc.) - Essential camera and microphone configurations - Any specific requirements for stream integration with your Twitch channel - Guidelines for English-language commentary (format, timing, technical setup)
Once we receive these baseline guidelines, we will submit a comprehensive plan that meets your standards by 12 June.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

As stipulated in the contract, all advertising materials were to be provided by the LOC no later than three (3) months prior to the competition. The material shall be of sufficient quality and content to enable RCF to promote the competition on its official websites, in press releases, and across social media channels. We are aware of the @robocup_2026 Instagram channel established recently by your team. However, the content published there has been in Korean only and therefore cannot serve as the basis for RCF's international promotion efforts. Given the proximity of the event, we ask that the following be provided immediately: # Social Media Content Prior to Competition - Two fully translated social media posts per week, beginning this week and continuing until the start of RoboCup, for a total of eight (8) posts. - Each post should include: - The share graphic(s) with English text; - An English caption suitable for publication. You may either: Publish the posts through your own Instagram account and invite @robocup_official as a collaborator; or provide the source materials to us by email, allowing us to publish them directly. Patricia, who is responsible for our social media posts from the Federation side, is in CC of this e-mail and you are welcome to contact her with the material for posting. The preferred publication method is at your discretion. # Social Media Coverage Plan Please provide, no later than *12 June*, a plan outlining social media coverage during the event, including: - The expected number of posts per day; - The number of posts that will be published in English; - The number of photographers and videographers assigned to event coverage; - The process by which photos and videos will be made available to the Federation Media Team on a daily basis # Broadcast Production Plan In addition, the hosting agreement assigns responsibility for the production of the competition finals broadcast to the LOC. As we have not yet received information regarding these arrangements, we also request that the following be provided by *12 June*: - The broadcast schedule; - A high-level description of the technical setup, including the number and type of cameras and microphones available, and whether equipment will be fixed to specific leagues or used as portable units; - The organizations and personnel responsible for stream production, including any outsourced technical or production services; - The process by which raw footage will be made available to RCF for distribution via our Twitch channel; - The arrangements for providing English-language commentary during the broadcast. We appreciate your prompt attention to these matters and look forward to receiving the requested materials and plans by the dates indicated above. If there are any questions, the RCF Media team is happy to clarify them in a meeting.
