Dear Flavio,
Thank you so much for your detailed feedback and for clarifying the sponsor logo guidelines — this is very helpful!
We are happy to make the following updates to the certificate design: - Remove League Sponsors and RoboCup Partners logos - Keep only MATHWORKS as RoboCup Sponsor - Consolidate the remaining logos into a single line - Remove the duplicate RoboCup logo at the bottom
Regarding the separation of HOSTS and ORGANIZERS, we completely understand your suggestion, and we truly appreciate it. However, we kindly ask for your understanding on this point — due to Korean protocol and the formal involvement of key institutional stakeholders such as the City of Incheon and the Korea Institute for Robot Industry Advancement, maintaining a distinction between HOSTS and ORGANIZERS is something we are required to follow.
We hope you can understand this, and we will do our best to present it as cleanly as possible within the design.
As for the trophy award names, I have reached out to Roberto directly and am awaiting his update. Thank you for letting us know he is the right person to confirm this!
We will revise the certificate design accordingly and share an updated version with you soon.
Thank you again for your guidance and patience throughout this process — it is truly appreciated!
Warm regards, Joowon

Regarding the certificates, I replied to you days ago, but the email bounced back, unfortunately. The certificate design is not right. Under our contract with League Sponsors, there is no need to include them in the Certificates. As well as the RoboCup Partners. Therefore, as last year, we just have to let MATHWORKS as RoboCup Sponsor.
I do believe that with all these logos out, the remaining ones can be fit in just one line. It is also not necessary to separate HOSTS from ORGANIZERS. It can be only ORGANIZERS. Avoid using the logo twice. And it is not necessary to put the RoboCup Logo at the bottom, considering that it is already in the TOP.
Anything else in the certificate is perfect. Only the logos must be changed.
Regarding the trophy names: Only Roberto can give you this information. He is working with the execs to define the award names. He told me that he would send them to you days ago. I'm unsure why there is a delay. Names of the certificates: - All certificates will be issued by the system automatically. LOC only needs to provide us with the design. It is not necessary to know the names of the awards for the certificates. It is in definition b the leagues yet.
