Hi RoboCup 2026 Incheon LOC, the Federation is already aware of this request and we did kindly ask Maxtronics to reach out to you as LOC directly. To give you a little bit of background: Maxtronics is not a league sponsor. There are special arrangements for league sponsors that are made with the Federation directly. As Maxtronics does not have a standing contract with the RoboCup Federation, negotiations about terms and conditions for their 2026 presence at RoboCup are for you to be made directly. I am CCing the contact Trustees again on this e-mail. I am sure they will be able to jump in and help out in case you need support negotiating terms and conditions. Business Registration Certificate for RoboCup 2026 Visas

Hello all, I have received multiple e-mails like this one on registration. Could you advise if the Business Registration Certificate is needed, please? Dear Roberto, Thank you for resending the invitation letter. That part is all sorted, and I appreciate your help so far. I checked the link you shared. Under the Formal Visa section, it advises applicants to confirm the required documents with the nearest embassy, which I have done. The embassy confirmed that the Business Registration Certificate of the inviting Korean organization is a mandatory document for my visa application. For reference, I have attached the document checklist for the 'C-3-1 ConferenceAttendee' Category. I have already reached out to the LOC directly at robocup(a)korearobot.or.kr for this Business Registration Certificate. If possible, could you kindly also check with them whether this document can be arranged? I am asking you because you may have a more direct contact with the LOC. This would be of great help to me. Timetable questions

Hi RoboCup 2026 LOC, We've had a couple of questions come in from Margaux Edwards at RoboCupJunior. First, we wanted to check if we're sufficiently settled on the following timetable for it to be advertised on the RoboCup website, like it was last year (https://2025.robocup.org/schedule/). Here is the latest timetable that they were given. Second, they wanted to propose having a whole-of-RoboCup photo on the schedule, so that the leagues can plan. This would include a location for everyone to go (perhaps outside?), and something to take the photo from an elevated position (high up on the building, from a crane, with a drone, etc.). Margaux tells me that last year this was 15:00-15:30 on Saturday afternoon and worked quite well in the Junior and Major schedules. What are your thoughts? Question: Registration modelities for media

We are also planning to reach out to international media outlets again to make them aware of RoboCup closer to the date of the tournament. On the Soccer League Page: https://2026.robocup.org/leagues/robocupsoccer/ it still says NewLeague, this should be called Humanoid Soccer League and a link to https://hsl.robocup.org/ should be added. The Section for Humanoid is outdated. This League does not exist anymore and is merged with the SPL to the Humanoid Soccer League.

Hi YoungJe, We've having some more discussion at our end and at this point it would be easiest if we could have an email address for the logistics company that the teams can reach out to. We can make sure this email address is well publicized. Part of the problem with waiting until teams have registered and then having the logistics company contact them is that due to the high logistics costs in some past years, some teams are basing their decision to register on the estimated logistics cost and so will want to contact the logistics company prior to registering. The other problem is that there isn't an easy way to provide external organizations with a "live feed" of the registered contact details. I suppose we could do it in batches but in such a case, it may still be faster for the teams to reach out to the logistics company themselves rather than wait for the next batch and then have the logistics company reach out to them. So I don't think this is likely to be practical. What do you think? Cheers! - Raymond P.S.
