RoboCup is getting closer every day and the registration system is finally open. All teams that have successfully claimed a slot already and are in the list of the Committed Teams should have received a CVENT invite by now and therefore be able to register their team.

Due to issues in the recent years, the person assigned as team leader must also be joining as a participant during the event. In case that will not be the case and you would like to change the team leader, please reach out to the OC mailing list, so that we can make the appropriate changes. Please give us the info before you start with the registration of the team and its members as it is much easier to give you a new invitation slot instead of changing an existing one.

If your team is competing for the first time at an international RoboCup event, be aware that there are First Time Fee Waivers. These will eliminate the need to pay the team registration fee (member fees usually still apply), but neither the team, nor a single team member can have previously taken part in an international event. If you think you are eligible, please get in contact with the OC, so that we can guide you through the process.

Registration Timeline: Early Registration: until May 4th Regular Registration: May 5th - Jun 2 Late Registration: Jun 3 - Jun 16 (additional members only - no new teams)

Please do not get irritated, the competition will take place in Incheon, but due to a lot of things being the same as last year, there are still some traces from Brazil present. Please have in mind that in case your team is conditionally qualified or if you would like to update your (E)TDP, the Final Submission Deadline to submit updated material is March 31st AoE (so in about 17 hours). In case you have already submitted your material and have not yet heard back from us yet, thanks a lot, we are currently in the process of checking it and will get back to you as soon as possible.
