Hello!

The deadline for submitting your team materials to qualify for the RoboCup 2025 Small Size Competition will be in less than a day (End of the 11.02. [AoE](https://www.timeanddate.com/time/zones/aoe)). To start the qualification process your team needs to submit all of the following three things:

Upload your (E)TDP to the central Conference Management Tool [here](https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/RCSSL2025) Send the reference to your qualification video as an mail to the [Small Size Mailing List](mailto:r***********l@lists.robocup.org) and the [OC List](mailto:r*******c@lists.robocup.org) in CC Send an email stating your participation intent with the information about your teams as well as the preferred division and the rational behind it to the [OC List](mailto:r*******c@lists.robocup.org)

More information about these three things, as well as the whole qualification process can be found on the [SSL 2025 Qualification homepage](https://ssl.robocup.org/robocups/robocup-2025/robocup-2025-qualification/). If all of the needed materials have reached the correct point, you(/the contact email address of your team) should have received an email confirming it. In case you have not received such an email yet, please submit the missing pieces or reach out to either the [OC List](mailto:r*******c@lists.robocup.org) or one of the OC members on discord to resolve any potential issue.

In case that you are not yet shure, whether you can get the funding to go to the RC, please submit your qualification materials anyway. You can withdraw the intent at any step of the qualification process and until the 15th April you don’t need to have a bad feeling to “steal” the spot of anyone else.
