Hello SSL!

Based on feedback from RoboCup 2024, we update the Small Size League rules https://ssl.robocup.org/rules/ the following rule changes take effect for RoboCup 2025:

🔹 Timeout Rule Update (Details https://robocup-ssl.github.io/ssl-rules/sslrules-diff.html#_timeouts)

Robots touched during a timeout must exit the field and re-enter via the substitution area.

🔹 Robot Hull Color Requirement (Details https://robocup-ssl.github.io/ssl-rules/sslrules-diff.html#_hull_color_of_robots )

Teams must have interchangeable bright and dark robot hulls. -

Hulls must cover at least 6 cm of the robot's height, be non-reflective, and not interfere with the colors of the vision system.

🔹 Robot Too Close to Opponent Defense Area (Details https://robocup-ssl.github.io/ssl-rules/sslrules-diff.html#_robot_too_close_to_opponent_defense_area )

If a team commits this foul twice while the game is stopped or during a Free Kick, the game is halted immediately. -

Both fouls count toward the foul limit.
