Since the competition is one week from now, I want to send you another update

Technical Challenges The deadline to sign up for the Technical Challenges this year is 15th of July, 20:00 o’clock CEST (Eindhoven local time). Starting now, you can sign up for these challenges under the following form: https://forms.gle/3Nb84m2BPPgqQVie8

Schedule You can find a preliminary schedule for the matches under https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1wFbCYw-gfPdE7WykX31WSTPAvU3SWHysxapo....

Please note that while we intend to use this schedule, we might have to do some minor adjustments. Keep an eye on the schedule! Also note that we currently plan on using Wednesday for the B/W hull challenge presentation, as well as the Open source presentations. Please plan accordingly.

Open Source Award Like every year, we invite teams to participate for the open source award, to show off your open source solutions to other teams and compete for the award. As mentioned in the last email, we changed the format a bit for this year.

Teams are now asked to dedicate one “project” for submission. This project will then be evaluated by your peers using the following ballot: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/11tH50He8FeAoGhy67LO89EXOcwJgudwKBHUX9lE4wIc.... Do take a look at the ballot so you know in advance how to best prepare your project for final evaluation.

To submit your project as a candidate for the open source award, send an email to the small size mailing list (r***********l@lists.robocup.org). The deadline for this is also 15th of July, 20:00 o’clock CEST (Eindhoven local time), but we kindly request teams to submit early so that your fellow reviewing teams have more time to try out your submission and see if they can use it.

Referee & Impartial roles Just a quick reminder that every team participating in the RoboCup 2024 needs to designate participants who will be referees / assistants / game controller operator / vision experts for games where they do not play. These members have to take the referee quiz (https://forms.gle/8VyNqHXWBQkdF2QL8).
