After reviewing the submitted TDPs by EC and OC members, we are pleased to announce that the following teams are qualified for Soccer Simulation 2D League in RoboCup world competition 2025. Teams marked with an asterisk (*) have received review comments and are required to address these comments and submit their revised TDPs by March 31, 2025 (UTC). Individual review comments will be sent to each team shortly, so please await further communication. Teams without any review comments do not need to resubmit their TDPs.

Additionally, some teams will be requested to resubmit their log files due to invalid submissions. Affected teams will be contacted individually as well.
