[RoboCup-sim] Spark 0.3.3/rcssserver 0.7.4

Hi all,

this is a notification (in case you missed it on Discord) that the new version of our simulator is finally released. Specifically, you’ll need version 0.3.3 of (Sim)Spark and version 0.7.4 of the rcssserver3d for this year’s competition.
