[robocup-rescue-v] Two additional code-examples

Dear all,

during the RoboCup 2022 we extended the repository with ROS2 code with two new examples:

* Obstacle Avoidance based on sonar * Advanced Obstacle Avoidance based on the depth camera.

This two examples are including two open assignments.
