On Thursday, 2.30pm - 4.30pm, we will have our Regional Committee Meeting, where all regional committee chairs have to report to the Board of Trustees about the last year's activities in their region. Regional Committee Trustee Election at RoboCup 2024

Dear RoboCup Regional Committee Chairs, It seems that some of you did not receive my previous email in which I asked to nominate candidates for being elected as Trustees. Apologies for that! The 2024 Regional Committee Assembly will be held in Eindhoven during RoboCup. The meeting will most likely take place on Thursday, July 18, 16:30-18:30. The meeting room will be announced closer to the event. We would like to remind you that one of the things that will happen, like in previous years, will be the election of a new RoboCup Trustee by the regional committees. Each regional committee will have one vote. We apologize for the last minute nature of this request, but please send us your nominations by 10:00 am on Sunday, July 14! How to nominate and vote: The RoboCup bylaws specify that anyone who has been an executive committee member or trustee in the past is eligible to be elected. The following list shows a list of active Execs. https://cloud.robocup.org/s/Ma6YPojGF27kZGH <https://cloud.robocup.org/s/Ma6YPojGF27kZGH> Anyone who receives 3 nominations will be included on the ballot (as long as he or she is interested in being nominated). If you would like to consult with your committee for the nominations, please do. Or else, please act on your own as the committee chair. The vote will be at the Regional Committee Assembly, where every committee that has representation at RoboCup 2024 will get one vote. So please make sure someone from your committee attends the Assembly. On a second note, we want to mention that all Regional Committee chairs are asked to prepare a short presentation of the progress made/ what happened during the last year. Each regional committee will be given a 3 minute time slot during the meeting. We ask you in advance to answer our questions in the attached PowerPoint template and send it back to us by Tuesday, July 16. Thanks in advance. We look forward to seeing you at the Assembly. As final request, please let us know if you are not/no longer in the capacity of a Regional Committee Chair, and please name the acting Chair of your regional committee! Gentle Reminder: Regional Committee Trustee Election

Dear Regional Committee Chairs, We asked to receive nominations from Regional Committee Chairs for electing one trustee as of Tuesday, July 09. So far, we only received answers from only a few regional committees. To give more committees the chance to submit their nominations, I would like to extend the deadline until Sunday, July 14. As there have been some confusions about the nominees' list, we want to give some comments on that. We compiled the list to encourage the nomination of Execs that have not yet been in the Board of Trustee. I also want to remind you to prepare the presentation about your region.
