Time is flying and we are soon be reunited in Eindhoven for this years RoboCup!

As we are preparing, I want to remind you to sent me your lists of Robots IDs and defects you will be bringing to the event. You can find both excel sheets in my previous mail.

*Please make sure to turn them in by **07.07.2024**.* This way I will have one week to check your missing data and  we can plan the priorities for the urgent repairs during the set up days.

I am getting more and more messages from you regarding onsite repairs for this years RoboCup in Eindhoven.

Maybe we should start early with collecting your IDs and Defects this year:

If you know which robots you are going to bring to the Event, please fill in the excel above. In case you dont know your warranty end dates, you can leave them empty. I will check and fill them for you.

I already asked the teams that attended the german open to try and sent some of their defects to the repair center prior to the event, to help us focus the clinics actions on the urgent repairs that keep the competition running instead of performing maintenance tasks. If your team is not in the URG distribution territory, please check with your local distributor for repair center availabilities.

When this option is already ruled out and you know that you will have to bring defect robots to the event that will have to be repaired by us during the set up days, please fill the second list. This way we can prepare by ordering special spare parts for your repairs and make sure we prioritise the repairs before the matches so that every team has enough functional robots to start the matches.
