[RoboCup-nao] Announcement of Code Usage

Dear fellow SPL-Teams,

The GORE is taking place in about a month, and Team HULKs is going to use the neural network weights of the B-Human robot detection. We hereby announce the usage of the HDF5-file [1] containing the weights.

Thanks to Team B-Human for contributing to the SPL community with open source code releases.
