Dear MSL teams,

Following the discussion during the meeting on October 6th, it has been brought to our attention that the originally scheduled dates for the RoboCup 2025 Euro Asia Open, December 4–9, 2025, may not be feasible for some teams. To accommodate the majority of participants, we are exploring alternative dates for the competition.

We kindly request your input in selecting time slots from the proposed options below. The final dates will be determined based on the number of teams able to participate.  Here is the link for voting :

Here are a few informations about the event :

The Euro-Asia Open will be organised in Toulon, in the south of France, close to Marseille and Nice which are also large french airports. Competition location is Gymnase des Lices (see picture above), it is very close to Toulon train station (red circle on the map above) and to the center of the city, making it convenient to attend the event. Registration will be free, we kindly ask teams to tell as soon as possible when the date will be decided if they participate or not.
