Dear MSL teams,
On behalf of the Technical Committee I would like to ask you for suggestions for new/improved rules.
For these suggestions we are at least looking for:
* A description of your proposed change/addition. * In case of a change, which rule number should be changed. * A motivation why the league should make this change.
We would like to ask you to submit the proposals by November 15, such that the TC has time discuss the proposals and update the rulebook.
