We are writing to inform you that there are currently some pending logistical details regarding the Humanoid Soccer League (HSL) arrangements for this year's RoboCup.
We are in active communication with the Local Organizing Committee (LOC) to finalize these matters. While we work toward a resolution, we kindly request that you hold off on making any non-refundable flight or hotel reservations for the time being.
We anticipate having full clarity within the next few days and will provide you with an update as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we ensure everything is in order for the competition.

I am writing to kindly follow up on the recent notice regarding the pending logistical details for the Humanoid Soccer League at this year’s RoboCup.
May I ask whether there have been any new updates or clarifications from the Local Organizing Committee? We would greatly appreciate any information you are able to share, especially regarding travel and accommodation arrangements, so that our team can plan accordingly.

Dear teams, We are happy to announce that all logistical concerns have been resolved and the HSL competition will commence as expected. If your team has been fully qualified, you are now free to complete your hotel and flight bookings. As these topics took up a lot of our time in the last week, the review of provisionally qualified teams has been delayed.
The list of fully qualified teams and their qualification materials are now available on our website: https://hsl.robocup.org/qualified-teams/
