Schedule is finalized by the local organization, usually closer to the competition.

What I can say is that USUALLY we have two days of warm up and four days of competition. This would be warm up on 30th of June and 1st of July, and competition from 2nd to July 5th. The symposium will be on July 6th.

The picking up of your badges and other material you receive after registration is on the first day of the warmup, June 30th.

I did not understand the on site registration question. On site registration is not for teams, and is only to add extra members on a team. I don’t think is anything your team will have to do.
