Assistance Needed: Registration Waiver & Team Name Change (Team Mobilio-ZETIN)
Dear RoboCup Organizers, Technical Committee, and fellow teams,
I apologize for using the general mailing list for a registration matter, but I am writing to seek urgent assistance. I previously contacted r**********n@robocup.org regarding our CVENT registration but have not yet received a reply. With the early registration deadline (May 4th) fast approaching, I am following up here to ensure we can complete our process on time.
My name is Min-seong Kim, the Team Leader representing the University of Seoul in the Humanoid Soccer League (Large Division). We have two pending administrative issues:
*1. First-Time Attendee Waiver (Urgent)* As a new team participating in the international RoboCup for the first time, we qualify for the team registration fee waiver. However, in our CVENT portal, the "First Time Attendees" field is currently empty ("–––"), and the system is requesting the standard team registration fee.
*2. Team Name Change* We also requested to officially change our registered team name from "ZETIN" to *"Mobilio-ZETIN"*.
We are ready to complete our registration and payment, but we are holding off until the waiver is properly applied to our CVENT account. Could anyone from the organizing committee please advise us on how to proceed or help update our status before the May 4th deadline?
