Hi All,

There will be two rule discussions held on Discord on the following dates:
https://discord.gg/S47wuA3WQD

They will go for 2 hours each.

   -  November 28th @ 2100 GMT+0
   -  November 29th @ 0900 GMT+0

There will not be voting in these rule discussion meetings, but once they
are done formal rule change proposals will be voted on by each of the teams.

Try to have a team member attend one of the meetings to discuss rules and
if you can.
