We have been reminded last night that we must provide the new rules and plans for the virtual event by the end of January so that the Federation would have enough time to prepare accordingly. Therefore, we are really short on time, and we appreciate your quick response to the form. We would like to receive the nominations by Friday, January 22. We will finalize the nominations over the weekend and hopefully, we can kick off the discussions by next Monday. Let's try to release the rules by the end of January!!

Below are the responsibilities of TCs and OCs:

Technical Committee: Participate in rules discussion, finalize the changes and release the rulebook, oversee the competition integrity and adherence to the rules.

Organizing Committee: Participate in rules discussion (optional), schedule the competitions, plan the infrastructure and logistics, oversee the smoothness of the competition, collect and manage the competition results from the referees.
