World Robot Summit: Call for participation started
Dear RoboCuppers for RoboCup Industrial.
It is my pleasure to announce you that we have started open call for participants of the Assembly Challenge from the Industrial Robotics Category, World Robot Summit 2018.
The World Robot Summit (WRS), hosted by Japanese government (METI), is a ``Challenge and Expo'' that brings together Robot Excellence from around the world, in order to promote a world where robots and humans successfully live and work together.
WRS 2018 will be held at Tokyo, Japan, October 17-21, 2018. Two years later, WRS 2020 will be held at Aichi and Fukushima, Japan, in the year of the Tokyo 2020 Olympic.
Challenges (or competitions) come from four categories, including the Assembly Challenge from the Industrial Robotics Category, which is most relevant to and would attract the interest from you.
