Of course I think the COVID-19 will become big affect to this event. The committee including local organizing committee will discuss the postpone.
RoboCup Asia Pacific 2020 was postponed. And the new event days are from Nov. 25th to 29th, 2021. The symposium will be held at 29th.
I will send you the new deadline for the registration as soon as possible it is decided.
And World Robot Summit 2021 instead of 2020 will be held at not the same schedule of RCAP2021. If you are interested in WRS2021, please contact to me!
P.S. I heard that Dr. Changjiu Zhou who is the chair of RCAP, wants to hold Virtual RCAP2020 at the same dates of RCAP2020. But I'm not the member of its local organizing committee. So I'm sorry I don't have any information about Virtual RCAP.
