[robocup-athome] Rough layout in Nagoya 2017

Hi all,

I've updated the layout and added the network diagram.

@Stock room
Since the team area is limited, a stock room for @home teams is 
provided. The location is shown in "layout_athome_v13_p2.pdf". Please 
download it from the above repository.

The room is shown as yellow, marked as "@home", and close to the words 
"Humanoid League".

*** IMPORTANT NOTICE ***
The stock room is not locked. Do not keep valuables in the stock room. 
LOC is not responsible for lost items, or any damage. Use the room at 
your own risk.
