Here are the results so far:

> 2) three votes for each team (at least from 2 different continents) 

1 team voted twice (but at least with the same names, so I can take care 
of it,
no action is required by the team who voted twice)
1 team did not respect the rule and voted for three people from the same 
continent
(e.g., Japan, China and Singapore are supposed to be in the same continent)

5 teams replied to me and did not use doodle

> 5) ***PUT THE TEAM NAME*** (not your personal name) in the name box

2 persons put their name in doodle instead of the team name
