This newsletter contains important information for RoboCup 2010
participants with regard to: Shipping and Customs.

The following information is intended for teams carrying their robots to
Singapore.

*BEFORE 15TH OF JUNE*

ü Login to http://robocup.sg/participants/index.php
ü Create a list of your robot(s) and electrical equipments (Please
provide your robotâ??s type, e.g Middle Size)
ü Provide your flight information (arrival and departure)

*UPON ARRIVAL*

Present the following hardcopy documents to the customs officers at the
airport:

Ã? Letter of Invitation
Ã? Letter of Facilitation (it will be sent to you after you submit the
list of your robot(s) and equipments in the abovementioned webpage
Ã? List of robot(s) and electrical equipments
Ã? Photo image of the robot(s) and electrical equipments
