Dear Fariborz,
below you'll find answers to the questions / suggestions you made. Some
issues are not finally resolved yet, but will be in an error-corrected
rulebook version we'll publish this week.

Basically, what we want is the robots coming to the registration desk,
saying /doing something which makes sense and preferably hand over the
registration form. The details are up to you.

We've included that on the registration form.

There will be a clear specification on this issue in the respective tests.

You may move both arms and hands. Full-body motions are not considered
gestures.

This will be announced several hours before the test.

No.

We've corrected that.

See Who's Who.

The teams are not going to be informed about the location or allowed to
to measurements before the test starts.

The robot has to reach the locations, that's all.

We are working hardly on this test. We do not plan to announce all tasks
beforehand. They will be limited to the capabilities found in the
rulebook, and will also stick to the vocabulary used there.

This is an interesting idea, however we will not make major changes for
this year.
