[robocup-athome] flickr group for RoboCup German Open

Dear RoboCuplers,

it turned out to be a nice thing to have: The flickr group of the
RoboCup in Graz. So I would like to keep up the tradition and started a
flickr group for the RoboCup German Open and I will definitely  create
one for  Singapore when we meet there.
