[robocup-athome] Pre-registration at German open

Hello Raul

We are not in charge of anything related to the German Open. The local
events are organized by local organizers. Also, the event is not an
official qualification round, but it does help to demonstrate the
capabilities of the robot and we do look at the local events. Most
people use a local event for testing purposes, since there are less
teams (7 in Germany, 31 pre-registrations for Singapore so far) so more
time in a scenario. That being said, I would like to see as many teams
as possible.
I think the best thing to do is to email the organizers at the following
email address. You might want to include me in the Cc.
